ZYP650G3 - Low luminous decay nitride red phosphor for LEDs

ZYP650G3 is a new oxynitride red phosphor independently developed by our company. Compared with other similar products in the market, it has the characteristics of high brightness, high thermal stability, low luminous decay, and excellent safety and environmental protection. It is best applied to the packaging of high CRI or low color temperature white light LED packaged products. The products can also be applied to the packaging of red LED with blue or UV chips.

Usage: | Using a mixture of ZYP650G3 and yellow phosphor, 2500k-4000K warm white LEDs can be realized, with CRI of the packaging products reaching over 80. Using a mixture of ZYP650G3, yellow and green phosphor, cool and warm white LEDs can be realized, with CRI of the packaging products reaching over 90. Red LEDs can be packaged with blue or UV chips. |
Directions: | Weigh the phosphor and epoxy or silicone in the correct concentration and mix them evenly. Pump in the vacuum chamber to eliminate air bubbles before package in LEDs for testing. Adjust the concentration as needed and repeat the above steps until the desired CIE is achieved (it can also be mixed with other phosphors). |
